Terms of Service for AccproTrust

1. Overview

These terms govern access to and use of services, digital materials, and goods offered by AccproTrust on AccproTrust.com.

2. Services

AccproTrust provides professional accounting and auditing services to support clients in compliance and reporting requirements.

2.1 Deliverables and Scheduling

Services are provided according to the schedule agreed upon in writing. Dates may be adjusted by mutual agreement, provided notice is given at least 7 calendar days prior to the scheduled engagement.

2.2 Fees and Payment

Fees for services are detailed in the proposal or engagement letter. Payment is due as specified in the agreement. Late payments may incur a charge of 1.5% per month on outstanding balances.

2.3 Rescheduling

Clients may request to reschedule a service appointment at no extra charge if notice is provided at least 3 business days before the scheduled date. Requests made with less notice may be accommodated subject to availability and a rescheduling fee.

3. Information Products

Digital materials, including guides, templates, and training modules, are available for purchase on AccproTrust.com. Access is granted upon receipt of full payment.

4. Goods

Physical items such as branded stationery and publications are offered through the online store on AccproTrust.com. Shipment is arranged upon completion of payment.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Services

Clients may request a refund of fees for services not yet commenced within 14 days of payment. AccproTrust will process such refunds within 7 business days of approval. Alternatively, clients may apply paid fees as credit toward future services if scheduled within six months.

No refund is available once deliverables have been finalized and issued. Finalized deliverables represent bespoke work prepared to client specifications, and no reimbursement is offered for completed engagements.

5.2 Information Products

Refund requests for digital materials must be submitted within 30 days of purchase and prior to any download. Approved requests will be settled within 7 business days via the original payment channel. Once access credentials or download links have been issued, no refund is provided.

5.3 Goods

Purchases of physical goods may be shipped back to AccproTrust within 30 days of delivery in original condition. Clients are responsible for shipping expenses. Upon receipt and inspection, AccproTrust will issue refunds within 10 business days using the original payment channel. Clients may request a replacement of the same item in a different color or size subject to availability.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AccproTrust’s liability under these terms is limited to the total fees paid for the service, product, or good giving rise to the claim. AccproTrust shall not be liable for any indirect or incidental damages.
